From the Desk of the Director:
Wow it is already time for a new year! Can you believe it? I am so excited about the 2010-2011 school year.
Over the summer TEEN purchased new carts and televisions for the Interactive Distance Learning (IDL) carts at all 5 elementary schools! They are really nice and will make the use very easy for the teachers. My goal for the new carts is for them to be in use all the time.
Programs and Events
There are multiple types of programs teachers can utilize in the classrooms. Some of these cost but a lot are free. Each member district has purchased programs through Greenbush for you to use in your classroom. I will send out a monthly calendar out by email for you to view and choose from. There are free programs such as Museums, Science through Wichita State University, and programs with NASA. There are several other types free and I will advertise them through the year. To view the links to these connections click here.
Collaborative projects are my favorite! These are where teachers and students are paired and exchange information and work on projects together. All of these are FREE. I will post these as they are available, to see the current programs click here.

Equipment Check Out
